How to adapt this template
- One lane per team or theme keeps the roadmap readable; more than five lanes usually means it should be two roadmaps.
- Put outcomes in the bar titles ("Faster checkout") rather than tickets ("Refactor cart service").
- Items further out are less certain; say so in the note instead of pretending to precise dates.
